Our client is a well-established Accident Management & Law firm based in Rochdale. Specialising in non-fault motor claims, providing services of Credit Hire, Repair & PI.

Key Focus:

To manage a caseload of motor claims including PI from inception to settlement

To deliver high levels of service and productivity

To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

12 months Experience minimum of dealing with RTA PI claims

Experience of the MOJ portal, stages 1, 2 and 3

Experience in dealing with Credit Hire, liability and quantum disputes

Drafting Court Proceedings and witness statements

Experience of using Proclaim, Microsoft Word, Excel and email

Customer service experience

Excellent attention to detail, be organised and hold an excellent level of negotiation skills
