Our client are a leading incident management firm based in Swinton. They are seeking someone to join their lovely team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a positive can do attitude to succeed. Training will be provided and the role will progress with the company’s vision.

Key accountabilities:

• Acting as first notification of loss for any incoming motor clams, incident reports and general enquires
• Answering all enquiries by existing and new clients on the phone and by email
• Providing superb customer service at all times
• Logging claims onto the system
• Speaking with repairers, updating relevant parties on the progress of each claim
• Directing calls to relevant departments

What you will need:

• Experience in inbound calling and customer service would be an advantage
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Someone who is ready to commit to training
