Collections Adviser

Full Time   Salary: £23,000 - £27,000

Our client are currently looking for Collection Advisors to join a great team, offering excellent customer service and assisting the Collections department in all admin tasks.


Role & Responsibilities

  • All correspondence received within the department must be reviewed and administered daily.
  • Action letters required by the Collections Team.
  • Punctually responding to any queries/emails received from third parties or customers in a professional manner.
  • Receiving requests via telephone & email, then issuing settlements



  • Organisational skills
  • Communication skills
  • IT skills - proficient in all Microsoft platforms
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail



  • Previous Credit Control/Collections experience
  • Administrative experience
