Rate of pay - £8 – 9 per hour

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a waking night support officer to support the service in ensuring the smooth running of the residential home and you will be required to support the children if needed during night hours.
Providing quality care and support to all the young people. To support the effective running of the home ensuring all legislations and regulations concerning the Health and Social Care and all risk assessments are regularly carried out to meet high standards.
It is essential that you have experience working in the residential services and working in a team. You must hold the NVQ Level 2 Health and Social. You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to listen to the young people.
It is desirable that you hold Level 3 Health and Social Care in Children and Young People.
If you have a caring disposition and the ability to support the service users and if you hold a full clean driving licence we would like to hear from you but this is desirable. Excellent benefits and full support is given with this role.
