We are representing our client who dedicate their time and provide individuals and small group support for disabled children and adults with defined locality areas.
They ensure high standards of support to enable disabled services users to lead a full and active life.
They are looking to recruit a Locality Manager to recruit and manage a staff team in line with society policies and producers to ensure all staff are developed and all records such as sick notification, annual leave, personal records etc. There is an open HR IT system which is kept up to date.
You will have experience in conducting regular range of meetings and monthly team meetings to provide staff with key information concerning the trust
It is essential you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of health and social care services working within the field of disabilities. You must have at least one years’ experience of managing staff including providing staff supervision and day to day monitoring.
You will have experience of safe guarding processes relevant to the field of disabilities. A proven track record of managing and motivating staff teams, to hold or be willing to work towards NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care is essential.
You must hold a current valid driving licence and to have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes and to be willing to travel to several local authority’s as part of the role.
