Our client is responsible for looking after children and young people of 10-17 years of age, with challenging behaviour/ complex needs and children on the periphery of offending. They also offer residential childcare for children displaying harmful sexualised behaviour.

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Registered manager to work in collaboration with the Human Resources to manage all employee relations and to ensure the smooth running of the residential home and you will be required to support the residents.
Providing quality care and support to all the young people. To support the effective running of the home ensuring all legislations and regulations concerning the Health and Social Care and all risk assessments are regularly carried out to meet high standards.
It is essential that you have experience working in the residential services with minimum of 12 months supervisory management experience. You must hold the NVQ Level 3 Health and Social – Children and young people and hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management of care service for children and young people.
You will need to have leadership qualities and strong motivation skills, a strong team player.
You will work with The HR Department to ensure that the staff training is up to date.
