Our client seeks to achieve success through working in partnerships, they work closely with the Local authorities’ social care team and other relevant professionals. Through effective planning and our experienced staff teams, we offer a consistent and effective approach for the care of young people. The services include; short, medium and long term residential care packages, support and supervision for children and young people aged 8 to 18 and supported accommodation for individuals aged between 16 and 25.

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Team Leader to support the Deputy and Registered Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the service. You will be responsible to work with a variety of backgrounds and which includes challenging behaviour and EBD.
Providing high quality care for children and young people and maintain a high standard of individual practice consistent with the quality standards and children’s homes regulations and codes of practice. You will act as the shift leader whilst on shift in the absence of the Deputy Manager.
It is essential that you have experience working in Residential services and working in a team. You must hold the NVQ Level 3 Health and Social children and young people. You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to listen to the young people.
You will work with the Homes managers to ensure that the parents and partner agencies give the best care to the young people.
