Our client seeks to achieve success through working in partnerships, they work closely with the Local authorities’ social care team and other relevant professionals. Through effective planning and our experienced staff teams, we offer a consistent and effective approach for the care of young people. The services include; short, medium and long term residential care packages, support and supervision for children and young people aged 8 to 18 and supported accommodation for individuals aged between 16 and 25.

Their staff are dedicated to the successful transition of young people to greater levels of independence and they have helped many to live increasingly happy and fulfilled lives, without the need for re-admission to mental health services.
Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Supported Living Manager to support the Service Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the service. You will be responsible to work with a variety of backgrounds and which includes Mental Health, challenging behaviour, learning difficulties, EBD, HSB, CSE, and substance misuse.
Providing quality care and support to all the young people. To support the effective running of the service ensuring all legislations and regulations concerning the Health and Social Care and all risk assessments are regularly carried out to meet high standards.
It is essential that you have experience working in the supported living services and working in a team. You must hold the NVQ Level 3 Health and Social. You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to listen to the young people.
You will work with The HR Department to ensure that the staff training is up to date and working with The Residential Manager in managing work leave requests.
It is desirable that you hold Level 5 Health and Social Care in leadership and management.
